- " Can we categorise this information into a form that narrows our research? (Eg. Pre-development of the school and post development )

- " What is available in the form of Human resources? (Eg. School and Community Historians )
- " How can local organisations help us?
- " Can we utilise technology in this research?

Step 3 Communicate |

- " Have we engaged in effective communication with other groups so that everyone is in agreement with the designated areas of research?
- " Have we engaged in effective communication with our facilitator concerning the task description or other enquiries?
- " Have we communicated the specific needs of our group to the facilitator?
- " Have we communicated effectively in interviews ?
- " Have we used appropriate text in recording interviews?

Step 4 Organising |

- " How do we combine information from different sources?

Step 5 Publishing |

- " Have we ran a spell check on our completed works
- " Did we acknowledge our sources?
- " Who is our audience?

Step 6 Evaluation |

- " Did we keep a portfolio/ logbook relating to our involvement in the whole Action Research Project?
- " Does it highlight adequately our successes and problems throughout the research?
- " What did we learn from this Project?
- " Where do we go from here?
